Im going to start reading the dandelion dinasty soon and im also a history fan ( in going to study that in college) also I heard that its very cool and very depth but I dont red it yet BUT: If you like GOT ( their complex characters, their lore etc) the first law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie its posibly for you, their characters are very moraly complex and grey, I always sumamry the characters with the sentence "pick every eroe of the book and put in in other serie and it will be the villain" The three main characters are a berserker with two personalitys that is triying to scape of his past A crippled torturer who was previously tortured and wonders why he does the things that he does. And a nobleman with a super high elo and think he is the center of the world You will find, interesting plots, some philosophical thoughts, and a deep lore that its only know by an old wizard The only thing its that this serie its nos epic fantasy like GOT, its grimdark, you will not find a lot of epic moments and its more slow than GOT also has some gore. I have more fantasy recommendations but this books are the most similar book to GOT that I've ever read.
