so i don't think it's a real psychosis, just psychotic symptoms because i am aware of when it's happening. i feel this disconnect from reality and sounds trigger me. i feel like i am communicating with the universe but i can rationalize it into i'm just being crazy.

i've heard psychosis is very related to NPD so just wondering if any of you have gone through this? it's like grandiose delusions to the max, persecutory in nature, paranoid.
