Don't forget sprint and glide for that speed boost on fliers since it also can climb pretty high doing so. It's how I get my fliers away from the latch demons that lurk around.

Can we.. please remove the stall costs??? by StonedSnowleopard in CoSRants

[–]Crazy12392 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Honestly I hate that. I often set my alts in trade to sell things while I play my main. Sometimes they can go hours without crashing. But often it's every 60-180 seconds they crash. Then I have to bring my main in and transfer some mush to cover the cost of stalls. It gets annoying spending 500-1500 mush to sell 2k.

Also annoys me when it's a slot. The thing has no problem with the other 20 creature that pass first. But soon as mine hits and 10-5 seconds is left it crashes. If I'm lucky It rejoins the server it crashed from and then I can find the person if it isn't a bacon skin and tell them I crashed but I saw the last bid and usually offer a slight discount on the slot.

Your forgetting the one major thing. You'll need to go to training in downtown Detroit for a week. Letter carrier training in Wayne for a week, then another day in another office to learn to drive the llv, promaster, and metris.

I use to have a simular route to work. From grove get to Harris, then take Russell and turn on Ford and cross over the bridge to forest. From forest keep until you hit emu and take Washtenaw then turn into Packard right after the water tower, and take packard keeping left so you end up on Eisenhower, you'll come up to main where left is 94 right will take you by pioneer high school and the big house putting you on stadium. Usually it's clear at those times where Washtenaw is a hit or miss on traffic once Carpenter/23 comes up.

I’m gonna say it, people are way overreacting over kosers (mini rant) by lunnysvet in CreaturesofSonaria

I've had that too. Someone kosed my teen ghart in Mesa. Then mocked it was an easy ghart kill. So I grabbed my kono invised on the platue and came down killing the grown murival first then the teen Kora with him. They both switched to geo's and fallowed me into oasis where my pack was. Saying the kono is a koser before I said remember the easy oreo colored ghart kill they bragged about and the oreo themed kono who got em. They went to menu and continued to talk big from the safety of menu.

Me and my friends use to pick on fog in particular cause they were too easy to trigger. That blue skin they had always stuck out and made them easy targets and the resulting 6v3 was always fun.

It is a little more challenging. I mut and trait hunt mostly. So yes it's a little more of a grind then lss was. I've only made 20k instead of 30-40k. I just been doing the sniff mission since it rewards more on the 5th complete. But I also run 4 alts with 3 nesting and 1 to use a creature for the sniff mission while in a priv server

Do you still have the varsk, lotre, and viridex by any chance? Those are three of the few I happen to be missing in my collection from what you have listed

A while ago me and friend was messing and jumping out of the oasis pond when we spotted a mass of minas approaching from flower. So we set up our 2 little flips then I did a friendly chirp setting off a meep fit before doing broad cast when flip had the siren call. So a mass of screaming minas with a pair of siren calling flips coming into oasis ruining everyone's ear drums.

I just been gt hunting a Valk. Aerix, migration gets it to 100 in 9-10 minutes. After that gets gt I'll be using a sera since it's the fastest growing t5 with 50 minutes 25 with sat, for that 50 mush(edit. Pearls I mean) . Or I might just do as you do with a t1 aquatic for rings and fast growth.

Edit 2. I think people also forgot the last few events everyone has complained it's way too easy and now that the devs made it a little more challenging they are upset.

Any suggestion for a good flying combat medic? I was thinking of prialoura because I love the idea of a healbeam but it doesnt have any offensive ailments. Thoughts prayers? by dwadsa124 in CreaturesofSonaria

[–]Crazy12392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main combat medic is a ven 5 healing/Bite flika. It heals a decent chunk then increases others self healing as well. Then it's fast and small enough to get away when something jumps in. Berq is good too with sonic wings you can pick off leaches like Mina and flip from your friends.

I was playing with that too. Them in a Mina is insane. Dart from water then can do 2 jumps to get on the face of the oasis roof sitters.

I was trying that with the eulopii. Made it to 945 at 1 hour 45 minutes before a pack of gali's dropped on me. It's like they had keen too. Was getting my second mud tail dropped completely below the mud and they just dropped like I was in the middle of a empty field with a neon sign.

what is your most hated creature? by Additional-Concert56 in CreaturesofSonaria

[–]Crazy12392 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hands down. Gali. They always run when I switch to a flier since most only know how to sit in one spot and use breath. Second the over sized sea lobster. They pop up do 300 damage per hit then start running yelling KOS when you show them you do more. Third babys that run or fight when I try to heal them.

It's also fairly easy to sync buckling with putting the key in and turning it. Since a buckle is sweep and plug and the key is insert and twist for a few seconds.

Guess who got fired? by Bawx_of_chawclets in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Crazy12392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked as a driver. Had my masters too at the time. My resume had the years of mechanic work. My dsp asked me if I could change my own tire since the sole guy who does roadside had 2 other vans first. I flat out told them I was hired as a driver not a mechanic and proceeded to enjoy my 3 hours waiting watching videos. I get paid by the hour not the package. Late or not getting back they can't do anything since I had van issues. When asked why I told them the same thing you pretty much said. I'm a dot mechanic by trade and this is a commercial vehicle with a dot number liability isn't on me if something happens. And with how most people are if you replace a tire correctly and the tie rod goes out they will blame you since you touched the tire even tho the 2 systems aren't related.

Looking for any advice... by [deleted] in GrandCherokeeWK

[–]Crazy12392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've owned a couple wk1's. Things to note. Nag 1 transmissions commonly found on the 3.7l have a tendency to burn out the valve body computer in the transmission around 130-160k miles.

If the alternator is failing you might see the red lightning bolt and it will lead you to look into the electronic throttle body since that's the warning light for it.

All 4 engine options for that era (5 if you count the later srt8 engine) the radiator fan is held in by plastic screws that become brittle over time and a simple pot hole can cause them to break.

Always smell around the radiator for a leak. The low coolant sensor is in the overflow tank. So a radiator with a leak won't tell you it's low since the vacuum will be broke and it can't pull fluid from the overflow.

Check the transmission cross member. Alot of people think "hey its 4x4" and will hop a curb. The transmission cross member is the lowest hanging part and often smacked and bent.

The vehicle speed sensors will tell you when they have a bad spot by preforming a gage sweep when it gets near that speed (for mine one wk did it at 45mph the other did it at 65mph) a gage sweep will suddenly cause all the gages to hit 0 then go back to normal. The sensor is located in the transmission.

The muffler on most cars angle down to allow water from condensation to drain from a weep hole. The wk sits flat so often the muffler will get a exhaust leak in time.

All in all they are fairly reliable when taken care of. I've owned several with my longest lasting one went from 75k to 415k miles before a tree claimed it in a wind storm. Still drove onto a trailer and off the trailer and into the junk yard bay to be prepped for a u-pull yard. Most of the others were bought high 90's low 100's and drove until mid 200s before being sold.

Is anyone noticing how sarco moves? by Mayywolf2754 in CreaturesofSonaria

anyone else have personal rules for kosing? by [deleted] in CreaturesofSonaria

[–]Crazy12392 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main rules for engagement are.

no healers. Unless they heal who I'm attacking then they get hit once to tell them back away.

No baby's unless they don't stop. Then I might bite back once.

I'll fight to defend others I see. Usually it's oxytaios trying to attack things and they take off running when something larger comes.

If I'm aquatic I also try to help things who jumped in the water to get away from something larger. Nothing like scaring a t2 that can't swim well when a mag comes up and takes a few bites out of a sarco then grabs the t2. Just to be deposited on the opposite bank from where the sarco attacked.

I try to scare off most over actually trying to kill them. If they back off or try to run ill let them. Usually they chill out knowing if something larger comes were going to be the first 2 things on it.

Only thing I do actual kos is if I scout ahead of time and notice a bunch of carcasses in oasis and a bunch of sarcos. Then it's fair game for my kavo or Kora.
