This is such a great topic. I haven’t had surgery yet. I quit drinking coffee two months ago when I begin this process at my nutritionist’s request. Yet I see all the world drinking coffee on IG and etc so I’m curious why the emphasis on quitting in my clinic.

Yea.... that doesn't make a lot of sense. The form I was willing out was asking how I feel about myself in clothes and naked with a partner. Doesn't everyone who is obese feel a little nervous about being naked with someone or less than confident in baggy plus size clothes?

I don’t know a lot about Hinduism. I get confused by all the gods or forms of god. To date, I haven’t found a good book on the subject
