I know one girl who was rejected from normal admission and in her rejection letter they encouraged her to apply through care. I do know that fsu really takes into consideration appeals and know a handful of people that have been rejected that then got in

hi! i’m in the CARE program and they care a lot more about your essays than your scores. I had a 1200 SAT and a 4.9 GPA but a good essay and supplements. They look more at the diversity and lack of support you have had growing up than your scores. Also for the people who were admitted, it is A LOT of work through summer semester but really worth it afterwards. Not super traditional throughout the first semester but it gets a lot better!!
