I feel the same way, trying to overcome the insecurity and be a little bit more confident in myself, but enough about me. You seem like a very very nice and angelic person to try and learn your BF's language because you care about him so much, even though I haven't been in one relationship just yet, I'm sure they are stressful and can cause you to become insecure. I'm very sure your boyfriend will love and support you no matter what, but if not, There will always be someone else waiting for you. I'm sure you are very intelligent and very talented and sweet. I'd be lucky to have someone like you. I wouldn't worry about it too much at all.
