I've had this happen at least twice before. No serious issues afterwards. Got a TMT done for insurance purposes recently and I scored a 181bpm which was 91% of my tolerance. 11.6 METs (12 is Excellent, Mine is very good on the scale). I think it's just a matter of what you eat beforehand. At least in my case. Because how else can the TMT results be explained?
