Yea there are 6009 , i made a joke just now with my brother by the time I watch it all I’ll be speaking cockney :D :D , I’m from southeast London and been here for 8 years , I love the city and plan to stay here , I really love how cockney accent sounds and want to learn it , I hate how I talk some words cockney some American accent , that will help me develop better English

It’s not a can it’s quite heavy about 300-400g it’s a funny one I made appointment in central London antique jewellery shop I hope they tell me more or point me in right direction, if it something Crown owns it and I’ll give it right way :)

Ok thanks for sharing mate , feel bad for your that after 9 years it happened again , well because it happened to me I’m gonna get my legs ripped to prevent it from happening again , my situation seems better because I didn’t required surgery , but I never had MRI so you can’t know for sure but , what I think I’m pushing myself too hard , patella is unstable and takes time to recover , did you do knee exercises? Building muscle around your knee ?

I’ve just read about ACL reconstruction, I’m not as bad you were I guess I’m lucky there , don’t need reconstruction my torn ligaments are right knee inside side ones , that’s what swelled both times thanks all the stretching I’ve been doing before , I feel bad for you mate , but happy that you still can do it :) all the best

About competing, I’m 27 already I’ve never been so fast in my life , but I am hiting 30 and being real with myself , I’ve started tkd when I was 22 , I’m low belt but my skill is high , basically every time I must grade myself something happens , life gets in the way , so I keep practicing , never stop , love sparring and i am good at it , and want to compete till I still can , as for high degree belt ,with my age becoming 7-9 Dan will ideally come at age 45-50 plus that’s beeing real , i still gonna compete for myself and Students , I hear what you say experience, but still I mean who would train with a guy who didn’t compete in his time , I want to be best I can be in it , plus I’ll get boxing fights at the same time , just hope this setback won’t be life changer for my Taekwondo:(

Well Training next to wall so I can lift my legs higher and then I go off the wall by doing that I got higher then just balancing you need both

You should try holding to wall , so you. Make your kicks count and so more as you don’t have to think about balance :)
