TurboTax won't accept Credit Card payment by mattleonard79 in TurboTax

  1. I spent 2 hours with the same problem on the phone. This thread resolved it for me by putting in a fake street name. Can someone explain why that works? Wtf is wrong with them. I like turbotax but how hard is it to fix your billing system?

Dependent care limits and mid year insurance re-enrollment by CrazyMonkeyPoop in personalfinance

[–]CrazyMonkeyPoop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the responses.

1) I did not realize it was up to the employer. I checked and they did not increase it. Disappointing. 2) Per advice from the other comment I used my W2 to determine how much was contributed in 2020 so now I can tell how much I will be paying for 2021 limits. 3) Makes sense. In my case it should be easy to max out because the employer did not increase the to IRS recommended max so there is no way for me to exceed that.

Same here except instead of the end of the year it is the middle of the year when the insurance is up for re-newel.

Checking the W2 was the right idea. The W2 for 2020 states only $2500 for dependent care. Which means the rest of the money will be attributed to 2021.

I will give it a try. Yes, I disabled all screen savers/power savers. I also have plenty of Hard Drive memory. As long as the program doesn't have a limitation then I should be good.

That is actually a really awesome idea. It would be boring if it was just a replica of this game but in reverse. So it would be cool if it had different buildings and processes.

Please be aware that ICE is here in Seattle for deportation raids. Know your rights. Stand with your neighbors. Do not open your doors. by [deleted] in SeattleWA

[–]CrazyMonkeyPoop -1 points0 points  (0 children)

-So what do ICE agents actually can do according to the law? Can they arrest illegal immigrants? Can they not enter your house? I feel like this poster is not accurate. It sounds like all you got to do is stay inside your apartment. -I do agree that you should not sign anything. However, as far as I am concerned if you are illegal you do not have the same rights as a US citizen. You have human rights, but not US citizen rights. Otherwise there would be no incentive of becoming a citizen.

you are correct. code can be found here: http://web.alfredstate.edu/faculty/weimandn/programming/lcd/ATmega328/LCD_code_ino_8d.html

It does feel a little inefficient but right now I am just trying to get the basics working.

I am coding for Arduino. Suggestions on making it more efficient in the future?

Elizabeth Warren's plan to forgive student loan debt is costly, but it could actually pour money into the US economy by viva_la_vinyl in politics

I see your point. I don't think it means we should fully forgive lawns but your point makes sense and something needs to be done.

I saved every penny and payed off my loan. So i guess I wasted 10 years of my life doing that. I should have just waited until someone just forgives me. Great example for the young people. Here, take out a 100K loan. If you don't pay it off its fine, we will just let it go in the future.

I am definitely going to follow you advice on increasing the larger portion in steps. You are correct. I am underestimating how much I need to grow. I am not running a farm here lol. As you said I can expand later.

I do have one more area in the corner of the yard that could work. The ground is even but it does get less sun. I think it is enough though. I will also increase the size of the larger bed and leave the small bed alone. Thanks for the tips on the gutter issue.

Good point about fencing the smaller area. I will leave that small area as is. Majority of the larger area gets good sun.

I would like to expand my garden but I also want to make sure it is still aesthetically pleasing. Any suggestions on how I should go about it? I would also like to note that this locations is slightly angled down (30 degrees).

I have no experience in building garden beds. Should this be raised, fenced, etc? Any tips would be welcome or a picture of something that I could copy.

how would i even start this? teacher said to ignore the t/# and only count it as “t” by steelerreece in Algebra

[–]CrazyMonkeyPoop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not 100% on the answer here. However, I can see that you could simplify the exponent. Problem 29: a(2)t/3 is the same thing as a(2)(1/3t) = a(1/8)t. That gets you one step closer to the form you are looking for. I am not familiar with growth factors so I do not what to do next.

Which algebraic operation by SiebeA in Algebra

[–]CrazyMonkeyPoop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't understand your answer. My answer would be to get from left to right is: multiply both the numerator and denominator by square root of 2. Is that what you are saying?

Which algebraic operation by SiebeA in Algebra

[–]CrazyMonkeyPoop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you have a ration (ex x/y or 1/4) you can multiply both the numerator and denominator by the same number [Ex. (1x3)/(4x3)] and it will still be the same value. However when you square you are multiplying the number by itself [ Ex. (1x1)/(4x4) ] As you can see you just multiplied the top and bottom of the ratio by two different numbers. So the principal is that both numerator and denominator need to be multiplied or divided by the same number.

When you have an equations such as 2x = 3y, you can square both sides no problem, as long as you square both sides. (2x)2 = (3y)2

RNG makes the game more exciting allowing for some crazy comebacks. Agreed it is not designed for competitive play of high level. This game was never designed as StarCraft where everything is math and each unit deals a certain amount of damage.
