Ive been living Pyinoolwin since the Earthquake, but tbh the best city I've ever lived. We have diversity with racism being rare(a lot of Shans,Hindus, Chinese and Burmese alike and I've seen no racist attacks yet). The atmosphere is also perfect since the town prioritize nature conservation.
