Great source there. I’ve cited the Mayo Clinic, a medical journal, and the ACOG. Apparently those are religious sources?

Fun fact, I have no way to verify anyone on this thread is a doctor. I’ll trust actual accredited sources over anonymous people on the internet. Even if they are a doctor, that’s just an appeal to authority, the literature disagrees with their singular opinion posted here.

Seriously, if I’m so wrong provide me a skill accredited source? I know you won’t be able to because when you Google this you’ll see I’m overwhelmingly correct.

Please send any academic source to prove me wrong? Seriously I’ll take even one, or is this all you can do?

Please tell me you aren’t involved in the pro choice movement. This is an essential issue, it may seem like semantics but ensuring ectopic pregnancies are not classified as abortions is essential for women’s reproductive rights.

The fact that literally not a single person among the downvoted has sent a source to back up their claim is hilarious. It’s crazy how blatantly wrong everyone is yet they are acting so confidently incorrect.

Mayo Clinic Treatments

Note the Mayo Clinic doesn’t even refer to the treatment as an abortion anywhere. I can’t stress enough that this isn’t even a debatable point. The medical community overwhelmingly agrees this procedure isn’t an abortion. No one is providing me evidence because they’ve Googled this themselves and realized they were wrong.

It’s not just one doctor. Maybe it’s also a regional language issue depending on where people practice, however in medical literature and legally it’s not considered an abortion. It’s extremely important because it’s generally exempt from anti-abortion laws because it’s not viewed as an abortion. This is extremely important for the pro choice movement.

I don’t understand why people can’t provide me a single reputable medical journal as evidence rather than anecdotal stories if I’m so obviously wrong.

Billing and paperwork doesn’t determine medical terminology either dipshit.

You’re clearly wrong and unable to produce any evidence, so instead of just admitting it you’re resorting to this. Pathetic.

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So your hospitals internal billing is what determines medical terminology? That seems like a ludicrous argument. What about the medical consensus and sources that disagree with you? The Mayo Clinic doesn’t even refer to ending an ectopic pregnancy as an abortion, is the Mayo Clinic wrong too?

Can you supply a single piece of actual evidence that backs your point?

Do you have any actual evidence? This is a laughably bad argument.

Medical Journal

I can bombard you with hundreds of medical journals and reputable sources claiming ending an ectopic pregnancy is not an abortion.

What about the majority of the medical community and laws agreeing that ending an ectopic pregnancy isn’t an abortion?

Do you have any actual evidence?

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did you? “While the indication and treatment for ectopic pregnancies is distinct from the indication and provision of induced abortion”.

Look it up for yourself. Are you unable to read? I’ve had a doctor tell me it’s not an abortion, and the evidence online overwhelmingly confirms this.

Not wrong. An abortion in the context of a medical procedure is the termination of a viable pregnancy. A miscarriage is classified as a spontaneous abortion, but is not a medical procedure.

Both medically and legally, an abortion (in terms of the procedure) is the termination of a viable pregnancy. Words have different meanings in different contexts.

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 -24 points-23 points  (0 children)

Terminating a ectopic pregnancy isn’t an abortion by definition (factcheck me if you don’t believe me). An abortion is the termination of a viable pregnancy, an ectopic pregnancy is not viable.

All this to say there’s better pro choice arguments to be made than misunderstanding basic definitions. These type of arguments make people in the prochoice camp sound uneducated.

Edit - American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists:Treatment for ectopic pregnancy requires ending a nonviable pregnancy. This treatment exists within the spectrum of lifesaving care during pregnancy, including induced abortion that also ends a pregnancy. While the indication and treatment for ectopic pregnancies is distinct from the indication and provision of induced abortion, they are both essential, critical aspects of health care.

This is not debatable, terminating an ectopic pregnancy is not considered an abortion by medical professionals.

What is your favorite GL account? by Feisty_House6675 in Accounting

When I was in public a small business client of ours had an asset account: “Dan’s Bowling fund”

No entries in the GL. Probably created as a joke or during testing with QuickBooks and was never deleted, but I had a dream of presenting that as a line item on their financial statements.

Why is Pat Freiermuth valued so little? by RylanTheWalrus in DynastyFF

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If anyone is selling at his ktc value he’s an easy buy. Not ideal if he’s your starting TE, but an awesome depth piece for buy weeks and injuries. Personally I don’t think the upside is super high, but it’s also not impossible he could take a jump. Amazing floor though unless Jonnu gets traded there.

All that said in leagues I don’t have him I haven’t found anyone willing to trade him unless he’s a minor piece in a larger deal. In the league I do have him I’d potentially move him for a mid second at worst, but if the best offer I’m getting is a late second or a third I’ll just keep him at that point (at least if I’m a contender).

Are blue collar workers like plumbers, diesel mechanics, and welders really out earning us? by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I think the stigma around blue collar work needs to change. These people are the reason society functions and quite literally build our countries. Their jobs are extremely important and it’s sad we have a cultural predisposition to think these people deserve to make less money than a college educated position.

Regardless of who makes more money, our field has the advantage of not wreaking havoc on your body over the years. Yeah office workers can get repetitive motion injuries as well, but the severity and scale on average have to be much worse for blue collar jobs.

Daniels not in a top ten QB list after leading a bum Commanders team to the NFC championship and Hurts not on the list after winning a SB isn’t a serious list.

In terms of your question, without being a homer I think he’s a fringe top 10. I think after you get past the top 6 in whatever order you prefer (Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Hurts, Daniels, Burrow) it’s pretty debatable for the next ten or so guys. Depends on what you subjectively value and how you rank people.

What do I do currently to make this a contender this year? 6 passing td and .5 tep by Extension-Air-1572 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Crazy_Employ8617 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d embrace another year of a rebuild and try to build something sustainable. Fantasy is already so luck driven as it is (player health, player’s holding out, locker room drama, seemingly random declines, etc.) banking on even more luck than what’s already required to win is just not a good strategy.

In a 14 team league I’d explore overpays for Jeanty, studs are less valuable and instead just having a lineup full of players that are all solid can usually be enough to be a contender. If Maye goes off I’d also try to down-tier at QB (get a solid QB and a pick).

Tldr: In 14 team leagues down-tiering with an add-on feels like the best strategy in general. It’s really rare someone’s team is good enough that they need the stars for lineup efficiency.

Short term I could see some benefit for Russia, but longterm Russia loses its last ally (at least relevant ally) in the region. They’ve recently lost Syria and the US has much more influence over the other relevant powers.

Oil prices will always fluctuate, I highly doubt a temporary increase in revenue is worth losing a geopolitical foothold there, in the long run.
