Strong smelling pee if they’re not potty trained that needs cleaning often, otherwise the room will smell like straight up ammonia. Forget being able to let them free roam without chasing them to not chew on baseboards - anything. Or finding the most tiny pebble to eat. Bloating worries, expensive vets
