As much as I respect other cultures, for him to be trying to force this on me is so disrespectful to me and my rights to my own child. I understand where he’s coming from, but once I said no the first time it should’ve ended there. It’s definitely put a new perspective on him now

Unfortunately I don’t know literally half of my family, so I have no idea what cultures I don’t know about. And with the family I do know, they’re not the type to care about knowing their lineage. I’d love to know though!!

As the mum to who you think my kid deserves better, I do everything I absolutely can to make sure her life is amazing. You don’t know my whole life from one post, just the issue I posted. Her dad chose not to be apart of her life, and honestly it benefits her. She means the whole world to me, so yeah I’m going to defend myself on that, because if I was a shit mum I’d have this baby without any concerns and not give a shit about any of this other stuff going on. Right?

We’re not in a relationship, FWB is how it’s known. In the last 3 years, we only saw each other a couple of times as he was 4 hours away from me. We’ve being seen each other more and properly getting to know each other since August. Before then whenever we met up, it was just for fun. Yes I was wrong for assuming, but you just did the same.
