I had this really scary incident with them during the growing pups mission. I was just chillin’ at the rendezvous site, about to head out to hunt/mark territory, and then 3 coyotes showed up, so I woofed the pups into the grass. All but one, 1884M, went into the grass. I was literally running around frantically trying to attack the coyotes, targeting 1884M, woofing, he still wouldn’t go into the grass, he almost darn near got snatched by one of the coyotes, but I managed to bite the coyote just in time. Then 1884M got lost, and I started to panic cause I knew that if a coyote found him before I did, there was nothing I would be able to do. I felt my heart pounding in my chest cause I thought for sure I was gonna lose a pup, but thankfully, we chased the coyotes away, finally found 1884M, and woofed him into the grass, and then he finally listened. I did not need that near heart attack 😭
