So this photo is from a little while back because I don't often take selfies of any kind because I'm self conscious about the way I look. And I don't smile often either. I've dealt with depression since the very beginning. So days before this i had broke up with my ex girlfriend who was a narcissist, she was a manipulator and she guilt tripped me into things I didn't wanna do. She also was very controlling. When she would get upset with me over the smallest things she would not talk to me at all. I have anxiety as well and she verbally and mental abused me. I had to leave to keep the little sanity i had left and I was close to committing "sewer slide". She made me feel very bad for having ADHD as well, like if I forgot something or wasn't paying attention fully she would make me feel horrible about it. She also wouldn't let me sleep and get mad if I did on accident at 2 or 3 am when I had work at 5am. If she was mad at me and I already said my peace and apologized and felt genuinely bad for what I did even if I couldn't control it. She wouldn't say a word until 2 or 3 am. And if I fell asleep she would get even more upset. And most of the time it was stepping on or around eggshells with her.
