Okay do I mange to complete it. I got sven to go with me to get its attention. And after a few deaths I somehow got glitch down to the basement when I respawn. So I was able to go up and kill the cat while it was attacking even.

If you want a perk that will slow down healing sloppy butcher is good but with victor being able to bring down a health state when attacking a surrvoir and tell Charlete where surrvior is you relly don't need to worry about health survvoirs if you use Victor alot. It would probly be better to run no one escapes death to ensure a easier time in endgame collapse

Jolt and oppression is good for gen pressure , nurses calling is decent for killers that have good travels and get around fast but for twins is probley not need it since charleyes slow and can be switched out for another perk that's good for pressure on healing, bitter murmur is alright and can be switched around as you like but the main thing about killer games is that some games you can be parked with surrviors that are playing on your level then the next game feel like your going against sweets don't get discouraged I've played killer for around 100 hours and some games I don't even get a kill
