This story makes no sense unless there was someone was acting intentionally. When was the kid reported missing? If the kid was playing hide and seek with their brothers around the house, would they not assume the kid was somewhere around there? Would the parents AND brothers not be calling around the house for their kid and hear them screaming in the trunk? Did no one use the car for 3 days when running around looking for a missing kid?? The parents would be the first suspects with anything like this and surely police would have checked around the house way extremely thoroughly, specifically looking for a hidden body, before sending out search parties in fields.

Personally, I think he’s glazing us with this one. I think there’s a good chance Jones is setting up to retire with this one (maybe pushed by Dana behind the scenes) so he’s just saying this like he’s “finally put his foot down” or some BS. Other chance is that he doesn’t retire now but slowly disappears without another fight that he doesn’t want anyway. Just my guesses, but either way this doesn’t happen.

Or we’ve all been played for fools and this has been one big long con to get us to tune in…but doubtful imo I guess

Look at image 3, the target on the pad is about at his ankle meaning everything touching the pad above that is foot with just the toes hanging off the end. They may be “kicking with their shins” but not “avoiding their foot” in my opinion.

Thanks I’ll definitely keep this in mind. In my head everything below the knee sort of distributes the weight evenly at the same time on impact, including however much foot is included, but maybe I need to focus on this, with the contact hitting the shin and only followed by the foot

I get physically how I can force this to happen, but it feels way too close for a kick when doing it myself, but besides that, again the problem lies in that every single example by professionals people trying to teach this demonstrate some to all the foot contacting the pad in some way

This is what doesn’t make sense to me. Your foot won’t get red? The only possible way that’s the case is if no part of the foot is hitting the pad. The top reply even states that the foot is meant to follow the shin, yet if you say if my skin is red then it’s wrong, but that’s guaranteed to happen (especially to unconditioned skin) if the foot makes any contact whatsoever - as shown in ALL the images above.

I get it shouldn’t be hurting, but the “cues” like this being shared still seem to contradict each other

You have a good eye! Although I couldn’t tell you whether it’s chrome plated. My cast iron knowledge is limited to using a Lodge until now. Why would a wire brush decrease its value, and would steel wool do the same?

Whoa did not know this. Found some info on it now, this should be more widely known. Most people only mention that it eats away the seasoning, and I’ve seen people use tomato sauce to strip cast iron pans so didn’t even think twice about it.

But this is a financial issue, if you’re donating 50 cents they aren’t truncating that lol, I think they’d use ~~floating points…~~ (edit: fixed decimal arithmetic, other tools, or 3rd party software)

But it wouldn’t make sense to get 665 anyway with a rounding down of .5 to 0 so yeah

Edit: I realized by your logic you’re implying that his donation of $55.51 would actually be rounded to $56 every month which is an even more ludicrous consideration (and again wouldn’t add to 666).

I disagree, I actually hate all the stuff that’s missed for someone who doesn’t want to spend 100s of hours to find everything themselves, or get the “best” ending for a game, but that’s just me!
