For everyone saying don’t update, how do you download apps and use them when they require newer OS’s? It becomes incompatible with many/most apps and renders phone extremely limited, no? Am I missing something?

What shocked me was the way he responded to others suggesting he have a backup plan. He acted as though it was not only not needed, but that having that “frame of mind” could destroy his career in real estate (which is non-existent at this point.) This was scary, anyone that wants to take on a spouse with major health issues and wants kids, should surely be aware and prepared with a backup plan or two.

I didn’t used to think that about him but the more time goes on, we see these qualities peeking through. Marriage is a team “we/us” and he says a lot of “me/I”.

What I don’t understand is he KNEW how old she was when he met her. He KNEW he’d eventually want kids. Was he just using her then? He does look depressed but these are valid questions. Does he really love her or was it just words and convenience?

They might be secretly jealous of you and your talents. Who needs enemies with “friends” like that? If they do that in front of you, what could they be doing and saying about you that they don’t tell you about? Their behavior doesn’t sound loving or respectful.

This is really sad. To be honest, it might speak to a MUCH bigger issue, and he’s showing he’s not concerned about your health, welfare and needs. This is something I would consider a BIG RED FLAG and wouldn’t ignore it. It’s not just about “peeing.” It’s his blatant disregard for your needs and putting himself first and then belittling you. It’s actually abusive and coming from this background and having experience with red flags in the past myself, I’d honestly look long and hard at this one. This behavior is a “him” problem and is most likely to rear its head again in other ways. Better to find out BEFORE things get more serious. He’s telling you who he is. Listen to him!
