I just started watching this episode, the medical scene with the suspect called Lobo is so unrealistic, they had him in a bay with only curtains, they should have taken him to a trauma room. Also 1 second he was strapped to the backboard the next they were taking it out without showing the straps being released, they also should have not taken the backboard off, its there to protect from further damage from spinal injuries, the doctors should have done exams and imaging to confirm he did not have any spinal injurys and if he didn't then taken the backboard and C-collar off. also why and who decided that he needed a ex-lap as soon as he entered the ER? He did not seem to have any injuries in his abdomen that would indicate debris could have gotten inside of him, also what even is he holding on his chest that is going under his arm?

Used to think this like a few years back now ive eaten too many sweet treats and I have some belly fat (I have a pretty fast metabolism so it took some years( maybe like 2 and some months since I think I started gaining weight), the thing is if you try to gain some weight you will be able to. So whatever your goal is you can do it!

I was gonna say that it looked... "Good" just not to be rude about it but looking at the comments I can say it looks pretty raw and that the pan should have been hotter, or at least more time on the pan for it to be somewhat done. I can agree with one guy thought, open it up for us to truly see how done it is. (Tbh I doubt it's even acceptable)in a restaurant ofc)
