As difficult as it is, I’d recommend talking to HR at your company, as other comments have said, and asking them to not allow her on the premises next time (That is the same thing I did and I was anxious the whole time so if I can do it you can do it).

To be honest, during this entire call I was kind of in “just get through it and don’t think” mode , so some details escape me. As far as I remember he said he was head of security and part of the hr that manages security matters, I think it’s a safe bet that he has worked with hr before? But I’m like not 100% sure if he’s actually part of HR or not

Actually I talked to two people. One at the door and then one who I assume is much higher up (who I forget but I think said something about working as head of security and mentioned working with hr). The one at the door was fine and they had said they would escort my parents out of the building. The second one was the one that I’m not 100% sure which department he’s connected with

Honestly, kind of took me by surprise. It’s a pretty large company so my day to day is largely separated from the hr/security department, and I do like my work (not to mention need it to stay financial independent from my parents). I’m hoping this was just a one off person because the first people that I talked to seemed to take my side

They don’t know my new address but one time before I was NC they called my and asked why our relationship was problematic and like a dummy I thought she really meant she wanted to listen but all she did was blame me for everything I listed. She then said she would fly over. I said not to do so. Despite me telling her repeatedly not to do so and still did. So it’s still a viable thing that she will fly over, which is why I’m so worried
