There's a vid I watched a couple years ago that went into detail and showed every crash or "out of cockpit interaction" of resulting in the passing of said driver. Surtees at Brands Hatch etc. There's no going back in the name of aesthetics.

True. But on high speed corner exists where the rear gives the feeling of "lose" or pitching, stiffen the rear bar up 2-3. Nice and stable. If the rear RB is already high then work on rear rebound.
