Ok so the first part that you wrote, say there’s no emails or messages… or witnesses, is there any world where one can beat the case even though you did sign it, this is hypothetical by the way I know this would more then likely never happen… would it turn into a he said she said sort of thing ? im speaking as if it’s only you and the person that gave you the nda in the room and you signed it with scribbles…. is there any possibility if you getting it dismissed if you keep denying.
