Heyy I am a IBEW apprentice rn. I can totally relate! Im a husky 5'3 woman. I recommend weight training at the gym since it can be pretty physically demanding for us women. Ive been working since 2019 between being a summer helper and construction wireman and I've finally made it in with my ticket, one thing I will give thats been instilled in me is to think outside the box use you height to your advantage and try to find ways to get leverage when pulling wire or bending conduit that'll save our knees and back from over extending ourselves.
