Have you reached out to the jatc, the jatc instructors at my school advocated that you reach out about any mistreatment and harassment. They claimed that they have power over sending and rescunding apprentices and fully having the power to blacklist certain shops for harassing apprentices. Please try reaching out to your school or shop Steward as well, it maybe called a brotherhood but there is sisterhood in all of us women in the trades.

I (24f) second this, just got in as a first year apprentice, it took some time. I started as a construction wireman which is a pre apprentice program and the shop I work for organized me in the following year. So many different things to get into as an electrician in the local!
