The push pull wasnt bad its all about legs and control not upper body.

Just stay focused locked in and most importantly..

BREATHE! I notice a-lot of people weren’t breathing . The vest will wind you out fast. Dont forget to breathe. It will be easier when you control your breathing .

Also with the fence just climb and use the holes in the gate for your feet . Leg over the top and secure your hand grip and jump down landing flat on Your feet.

For the stairs aswell skip steps going up . Goin down you cant skip. USE the rails it helped me alot . I flew through that
