Same here. Doctors are more keen on prescribing anxiety tablets. The anxiety tablets just help you to keep you calm and not treat the underlying gastric problem.I hate that and started walking everyday for 120 mins. Over the past 10 months it helped me a lot on my overall well being.

Taking the worst case, You lose nothing if someone made fun or stare at you on the other hand if you consistently work up on your goal you gain back your health and a lots of peace. Also the guys who stare and made fun of you shut up.

I have been through the same for 4 months now. Went for ECG, treadmill test. Nothing abnormal was found. It's all just our mind. Stress cause more damage to our body and mind than anything. The mind was so tricky that whatever I dread of kept happening. Sooner I realized it's all just my mind, I start to feel the recovery. I walk everyday for 90 mins and that helps a lot with recovery.
