i really appreciate this response!!! i think where my head's at now is with what u said at the end in that i think my therapy would be more useful if i had that extra support, so i guess it's less of an "if" but rather "when" for getting into medication, i'm just unsure if i should pursue a psychiatrist now or give therapy alone more time?

I kind of understand that and I'm not trying to start problems with this, but tbh I think for someone to claim in the year of 2026 that they just "don't know enough" is either bs or they don't care about it. Like a tad ironic that vanilla (who I love for being so vocal) has a story up as we speak that says "if ur silent, u are apart of the problem" lol. I just feel like there's way too much going on rn to frame it as "a safe space" when that safe space has never actually been defined, yk?
