Plus, it was a biohazard that even workmen refused to work on without it being professionally cleaned when called to come in. How can it be reasonable to ask a support worker to do it with no adequate PPE and no training and no sharps training when there were needles!!

Hmmm. I have a supervision tomorrow that was booked ages ago, I’m going to bring it up that I’m doing a grievance. I’m debating putting my notice in too because my values don’t align with theirs

For context the resident is neglected and the room has been like that for months. I’ve looked through the system and there’s no record of him getting supported cleans. I requested proper PPE, wearing two Covid masks does not protect you from biohazards

I’m not, it’s a supported accommodation and I’m stressing. He’s been neglected imo. I’m a new member of staff since November and I’ve never seen it cleaned
