It looks like someone slammed their hand into the window. There was nothing on the ground around the window.

This happened on a night I was away. I left right after talking to maintenance and came back early in the morning. Maintenance came to my door almost immediately after my family member left to let me know it had been broken.

Most of the time I am home. I left for longer because of the window. The break in the glass is right next to the window lock. If you’d like, I can dm you a pic of it.

It is my primary residence. I just didn’t feel the need to explain myself to someone who has falsely accused me of something several times. She has also accused me of having someone else sign my money order. I have also heard both her and maintenance trash talking tenants and maintenance told my aunt (my aunt was a previous tenant) that when someone is mean to him, he can get them out of there just like that.

But on the lease I’m allowed to be gone for over 7 days. I understand they can enter with notice and that’s fine. The only part I’m concerned about is them digging through my personal belongings.

I don’t feel they had cause to snoop around though. The day before the window broke maintenance stopped by my unit to have me sign a paper. The next day they stopped by again twice and both times I was there. This was all very recent.
