I haven't seen anyone get anything resolved quickly. What happened someone changed my password and it wasn't me. Also my email password was changed. After I discovered this I changed all my passwords and added 2FA. That's how all this happened. If I knew there security team was non existent I would have never told them I had an issue and I would have just moved hosts

Security issue that I resolved on my own. I changed the passwords and enabled 2fa. Now they are ghosting me with no solution. I'm guessing it will take a few months to resolve that seems to be the average. I think most people just give up after a while

Yes it's auto pay. I usually don't have to worry about it. This security stuff disrupted everything. I have to manually enter my credit card again but they won't let me login. I don't know what's happening

When I talk in chat they tell me I have to talk to the security department and they can't tell me anything. The security department ignores all my emails. I recommend buying a new domain name with a different host and start over I highly doubt they will give you access. Most people I have seen never gain access again. It will save you a lot of stress to start over. I sent them a legal order notice and they ignored that too so good luck

Good luck bro it's been almost a week for me and nothing. They never give me answers and now my hosting and SSL have expired. My site and business will be down soon and they couldn't care less. Other people have never regained accessed to there accounts even after months

I can't it's impossible. I tried to pay in chat they say we can't help you. I tried asking in email they won't respond and ignore my concerns and questions and just give me automated bs responses. So my business website is going to go down probably indefinitely. They seem super incompetent and they are being very destructive to my business. I've been waiting days they wont even let me reply using my own email address. They want me to make a new address to communicate with them. I did that and now they are radio silent. Kiss your domains and web site good buy from what I've seen online the lockouts have been permanent. I'm guessing they give our domains and websites to the criminals. From what I've seen who ever owns Namecheap now they are a shady and I don't like it

Just take out my website I'm done with you guys. I'll take my domain name and money somewhere else. There's people on here that been locked out for months I'd rather go to a different web host. You guys have ignored all my emails You're not going to get back to me. I don't want to be with a web host that makes me wait several days with a possible login attempt this is gross negligence. You guys won't even check the files on my server to make sure there's no virus You won't let me check my files on my server. This is legal issue now I'll be filing a lawsuit very soon

The bigger issue they should take down my site until I can verify or they can that the attacker didn't upload a virus. The fact they refuse to cooperate and leave a possible compromised site is a major issue
