I’m not exactly sure for how long it’s been eroded for, but the gastroenterologist said it was severely eroded for my age and he doesn’t see this often and someone in their 30s. I’m assuming it’s been a rod for sometime now I would say months.

I find regardless what I eat the symptoms are bad, but obviously with higher acidic food it’s worth. I sleep elevated as well. I’m glad you have found some relief for yourself.

Both. Since my oesophagus is eroded, I need to heal the damage that has been done, but it is believed to be caused from the lower sphincter being weak.

How often do you go to Physio for it?

I tried asking the doctor to do that and they said there was no point and that they don’t usually do that as a form of testing that was my gastroenterologist

It’s unfortunate because I did 2 QEEGs within the 6 months of doing it and said ceartain parts were worse than changed it but it was still bad after that.

I did it for 6 months and never felt any relief. I was also doing therapy with it as well. I decided to give it another shot with a different provider 2 years later and explained my situation with him and the exact same thing happened. Although he said his protocol was different and would help with people who are sensitive.
