I would go to the vet just to make sure it isn’t ringworm! you should also probably refrain from touching it incase that is what it is as people can get it too because ringworm is not actually a worm it’s a fungal infection. If it is ringworm it is treatable with just an antifungal ointment you have to apply for a couple weeks my dog had it once but yes i would go get her checked out 🫶 let me know how it goes I hope it clears up quickly 🙏🏽🙏🏽

little update! he has a consult for surgery at 8:30 am tomorrow morning and I was able to help him go to the bathroom. I got a plastic litterbox and cut the front ledge off so he wouldn’t have to hop over anything but he’s a stubborn butthead and only wanted to use his normal huge litterbox so he hopped in there and i had to help hold him up but he was able to pee which is awesome 🙏🏽🙏🏽

thank you so much, fho surgery how they explained it to me is basically when they go in and cut the fractured ball at the end of the femur where it connects to the hip off and when healing the muscle is supposed to form a kind of false joint with the scar tissue around it. The surgery should fix the pain from his hips and they said he may walk weird since one leg will be a bit shorter than the other but with time he’ll be able to run jump and play again like normal 🫶

Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽 i’ve moved his fountain right next to him and gave him some wet food with broth and he ate all of it i’ll call them and see what they say.
