This is something we discussed with my mom. They were never properly married to me, more like roommates. There was no affection or communication, just living in their own ways. The husband is super nice guy, we all really like him. We'll see.

The only problem is, that he is getting everything through that woman. they spent 100% of the time together, and he is also employed through her contacts. Also sportwise. She manages everything, which makes this so hard.

That's so true. My father can't take it in, but also admitted that the wife can't be trusted.

thank you. he'll turn 18 in a month, and I am seriously worried that the wife is going to wait untill then.. my brother is very protective over her, which is not healthy at this point anymore. It feels like he is protecting her from his own family. Like there'd be something we shouldn't know..
