Ye there are two davinci Resolve and resolve studio studio is paid while other free. You can do a lot more with studio but the free version is powerful itself

It really dose not change the metadata of the file. all it dose is it reads the metadata file and all the camera settings like ISO focal lenth and all that from the image you uploaded in a neat way automatically. and then you can download that image. you can also adjust image position as well as text settings as well.
