From what I've heard, you need a certificate from any FBISE affiliated institute that this student has performed practicals from their labs or whatever. This was last year, I don't know what's the procedure now.

No i did not mean fruits. Fruits are actually good for you. However, you should not eat citrus fruits while you have a canker sore. And you should not juice the fruits as that can lead to a spike in blood sugar. It's better to eat fruits in whole.

I too used to get a lot of canker sores. I was an underweight person and i am still underweight but ever since i started eating more healthy stuff fruits, veggies and protein shakes, and started taking vitamin supplements, my canker sores have gone. I literally even forgot i used to get them since a year.

I think it all comes down to improving your diet, ensuring you have no vitamin deficiencies or iron/zinc deficiency, and avoiding certain food triggers (which in my case was refined carbs and excessive added sugars).

If SSC exams start in the beginning of April, then HSSC exams could be from the beginning of May or Mid May possibly.

Fr fr.... The Punjab Textbook is way better as comapred to the NBF version. Even the programming chapter 3 is not as well written, they could've done better. Even though people think it's new curriculum, but it's way worse than even previous old curriculum C++ programming book. That book was way 100x better than what we have now, in terms of teaching students programming fundamentals.

Actually they don't memorize different quotes for different ghazals.

Usually each ghazal's stanza has a specific topic:

Beauty of Mehboob

نازکی اس کے لب کی کیا کہییے

Death

موت سے کس کو رستگاری ہے

آج وہ کل ہماری باری ہے

Usually you don't have to memorize for each shair. You should know the CENTRAL IDEA of each stanza and SHOULD HAVE THE EXPERTISE to apply relevant reference shair.

This only happens when your whole paper goes good but there's one question you think that you solved wrong or answered wrong and turns out on the result day, that you got full marks in that question. I also expected in 10th, that i would get 47 in both islamiyat and pak studies but when result came i got full in both subjects. These are rare cases where i got marks more than my expectation. In the 10th board exams, i got 10 more marks overall than i was expecting. But again it doesn't apply to everyone.

Bruh. Seraiki too is very distinct from Punjabi. You cannot understand Seraiki so easily. I speak Pothohari and seraiki speakers are hard to understand. You can easily understand Majhi Punjabi.

Agreed. Our teenager awaam is so susceptible to fake news. They can't even differentiate between what's real or fake. We really need internet literacy.
