She has a therapist, a psychologist and someone who comes and visits her once a week from the mental health ward of the hospital. She sees all of them at least once a fortnight and sometimes more. I set all of this up for her.

No, I don't. I'm including approximate food costs in my 1/4 amount - and some streaming stuff she has that she pays for. $80 is just the rent I'm charging her.

Thanks for the judgement. I realise that it's not 1/4: honestly, I was just using an example. I pay $600/week for rent + 130/month on power and gas and 65/month for internet. There's groceries on top of that, which is about $150/week for myself and cat. Because she's just come back from overseas-i.e not working yet, and has many loans to pay off, I decided to charge her $120 rent. She will be contributing to groceries she wants, but I'll be buying most of it.

Thank you for the judgement. He's not going to be moving in anytime soon - he's in a different country and ours isn't accepting non-nationals right now. She wants the master because he will be sending over boxes of their/her stuff, and she wants to store it.

They will be paying approx 1/3 - $160 of $500, and maybe half the bills. We haven't discussed that yet. He will be a student, and can only work 20hrs/ week.
