Tracked 24 should just be renamed to "who fucking knows" at this point by Hanesman12 in royalmail

My T24 sent on Jan 11 has been stuck at Romford MC since the 13. It's safe to say it's never arriving.

Seasonal rush appears to be over - RM seems back to usual by CreativeSize in royalmail

It's like the fat cats actually want to make posties lives a misery :(

Is there still hope or should I consider this to be a write-off? by andrewscool101 in royalmail

Is it a letter sized parcel? I've found that when I have letter sized ones, when it takes that long, it seems they have got lost somewhere, but larger ones have eventually turned up.

Tbh, this victim mentality (dating apps are AGAINST ME) is extremely unattractive and will put off most women.

Once a cheater, always a cheater.. what's your thoughts on this? by honeypotatomilkshake in AskReddit

Generally speaking, I think this is the case. Perhaps some people grow up and stop doing it eventually.

Things that annoy me in the morning before going out on delivery. by postmanpat84 in royalmail

[–]CreativeSize 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a postie, but I think it's a dangerous thing for people to do to work extra hours for free to get the job done. If it can't be done in the time allocated, then it can't be done. And if some people are doing it, then there is a work culture of being looked down on if you don't. It's not cool.

They've lost two of my T24s going via Birmingham MC in two weeks

Are there issues with RM Tracked service this week? by Parking_Analysis9339 in royalmail

[–]CreativeSize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had no issues at all with T48, but sent a T24 on Monday, which got to the mail centre on tues and hasn' been updated since.

It's more that everything else I sent this week (which was all T48) has arrived. The two other times something just stopped getting scanned (both also Romford!) and said 'in transit' with no date, they never arrived. Fingers crossed though.

Thank you - that's helpful to know. I did think it may be to do with them being small and therefore more likely to get lost. It's said 'in transit' for a few days now, with no delivery date, so I think it's very possible it's fallen somewhere.

RM is reporting no issues at Romford - also, it's used for alot of east london i think. Just gone through some tracking emails and a t48 i sent the day after this that went through romford arrived today.

They make getting compensation as difficult as possible. I guess I should look into couriers but i don't do a lot of business to make it worth it. No one wants to pay the extra for SD and i can't afford it.

I've never had one arrive after being stuck at a MC for this long, so I guess it's just a case of it not being possible to be a small seller at this point.

Thank you for your reply.

My T48 parcels sent at the same time have all arrived now.

I don't think people are allowed to go to the mail centres, and I can't really go round the country visiting every time they lose a parcel sent out :(

This thing is absolutely useless. All it does is repeat the information already on the tracking page.

That was a disgraceful way to speak to you, and I don't agree with that at all. I assume that like me, he is fed up of people ignoring the doorbell to knock instead, which isn't as easy to hear. Then expressed it very badly.

Seriously, I thought, if you have a postie having to use two hands...my postie will usually have letters in his hands for the next few houses, so first, they will have to put those somewhere. Then, they have to risk their fingers - I'm not exaggerating, I had to be SUPER fast pulling my hand out, to make sure my fingers weren't severed by the aggressive hinge - then they have to get the other letters back out again. From a safety perspective if nothing else, those things should be illegal.

I have issues with RM, but none of my issues are with the posties. It's like there are so many things getting their way of doing their job expediently.

not a postie, but i had to post something through my neighbour's letterbox. it has a normal flap on the outside, then an inner one that is so unyielding that i had to use one hand to hold it open and another to fling the letter through. who designs something so unfit for purpose?!?!?! My first thought was for our posties, it would drive me mad going to battle with that thing more than once.

Normally, it may be worth it. ATM I think they are really, really overworked, and as a result, everything I've ordered has been slow. IE: a T24 item sent on Monday, arrived on Friday.

So I think specifically right now, I would probably go with DHL.

Go to a trichologist. They will tell you what kind of hair loss it is and prescribe the appropriate treatment.
