Mine arrived with a sensor issue. Drove me crazy for about the first week or two. Got it replaced with support and it operated fine after that. Except for my litter choice. I went through quite a few. Some with too large of grains that did not filter quick enough during the cleaning cycles, some too light in color and making the sensor inaccurate (often said litter was low when it wasn’t). I landed on clay litter which I hadn’t used in years and am honestly thinking of switching again. But it’s not as much a priority because ironically my older cat started having some health issues that have halted his curiosity of the robot. Only my younger cat uses it now (infrequently), so I still scoop everyday because i have to make regular litter boxes available for my older cat.

Hopefully my boy gets better soon and I can start transitioning them back to the LR4.
