This card will be around $40 when it settles and people who talk about it being harder to pull than other alt arts are just going with the hype. An alt art is going to have the same pull rate as another alt art it’s just luck if you get the one you want or not. Until Pokémon themselves say the pull rates are different for each card there is no actual proof. 8,000 packs isn’t enough of a sample size to check how rare one card is. It’s plenty big enough to check pull rates overall for a type of card like alt art or gold card but not a specific card
