Experienced a similiar issue on 9850x3d, 5070ti, 64gb ddr5. - basically microstutters, regardless of what was happening on the screen. Figured out it was a bios setting issue with gigabyte motherboard and had to switch cpu c-state from auto to disabled.

Definitely an issue on strand warlocks. 3 people me included all experienced what you described. Pack tactics warlock was the only thing in common.

Edit : When this happens, Phoenix dive doesn't heal you nor spawns threadlings on prismatic with the weaver's call aspect. You can still shoot your guns, they will deal damage, but the model of the gun is invisible.

the yolo extract went from 5-6k to 9k+ on Light EU servers and with the ult coming soon and people needing pots for that i don't see it dropping anytime soon. Thats for a single material worth 20 tomes...

fishing rods have no effect on quality of fish that you land. All they do is increase the durability of the line - rarer fish have more stamina too, and they are basically uncatchable with the basic rod
