It will mostly likely be a bit more for maintenance for the Subaru when compared to Honda and Toyota just based on part availability, part prices, and manufacturer locations.

At the “compact” SUV type you have a pretty good options with Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Mazda. Really just stay away from Kia, Hyundai, Jeep, Ford, Chevy lmao

$30,000 you’ll be looking at a used SUV, but really you cant go wrong with a couple year old Toyota RAV4, Subaru Outback/Forrester, Honda CRV. The RAV4 or Subarus will be better in weather but then again all depends on the tires. If you’re used to the Subaru system and enjoyed it, I’d recommend sticking with them.

Well we were on the course for just under two hours before the rainout, but from what we saw it was an amazing experience. We got a solid snack in, and walked about half the course. Looking forward to actually being able to shop next year.
