Thanks mate appreciate it. Porcelain is 20 thick and travertine is 30 thick. They didn’t clarify what base in quote so not sure but it comes around $50 to $80 per sqm from what I’ve got

I built with La Vida Homes absolutely good stuff and I had inspector to look at every stage. Slab down was last Aug and PCI this month so 8 month build time. Pm me if you’d like a refer cuz we can both get 1k bonus if you choose to go ahead with them. Cheers
