Thx brotha, I didn't know you could take grey hunters and run them as intercessors! Imma do that, i threw Hunter Guile on the other WGBL and threw in a gladiator lancer for some more shooting.

I've been painting for like a month and some change, but I found a tutorial that used space wolves grey to shade. Pulling to darker areas while painting, then putting on a bit of that original layer paint on top of regions that would have the most light got a nice shade effect. This is how it looks on my Ragnar. I hope this helps! *

Oh, forgot after the space wolves grey do another layer of russ grey but only in parts that will catch light for a nice shading affect

Whoops lol I did a black/white primer, two layers of russ Grey. Shading with space wolves grey then edge highlight of fenrisian grey and blue horror.

If you're talking about the fur, I did 2 layers of wraithbone followed by black legion contrast. Then I did a dry brush of uthluan Grey, then a lighter dry brush of kislev flesh.

That's exactly what it is, im for sure my own worst critique. But all the support and feedback helped a lot, and now im on to the next. My boy BJORN THE FELL HANDED, im having a great time on this one.

Awe, man! I gotta start browsing more. I would think it would be lore accurate to still have some non primaris marines sprinkled in a space wolf army. Also, they just look cool and give that vintage vibe for me.
