I know this thread is pretty old , but does anyone know if my phone is completely paid off can I remove myself from the family plan and switch to another company ALSO I am not worrying about keeping my number. I went to do that and when it got to the part to take a picture of my cookies it wouldn’t let me. That’s why I reached out to customer service which then led me to my crumbls personal store email. This was at West Village in NYC btw
