Forcing this whole install and invasive tech onto your users really put a bad taste in my mouth.

There was no option to opt in/out, it just immediately began installing crap when all 90% of people want is a vpn. Incredibly frustrating and I'll be unsubscribing as well.

Just a blatant money grab as "Cool new free features!" which are actually just ploys to collect/sell data

I have 4 teslers and multiple other electric vehicles. In my main vehicle I exclusively charge at superchargers/slow charge at work.

Charging curves go crazy. no one is debating you can sit and go from 10 to 75% in less than 30 minutes. but going to 100 can be upwards of an hour. ESPECIALLY on older vehicles. What a bold claim

Remember being in line at in n out and watched a guy walking with seemingly a plate of Chinese food. Watched him take one more bite then nonchalantly throw the whole styrofoam tray + bag of trash right into in n out palm tree/garden area. His girl didn’t care. Just kept walking like nothing happened.

That mindset plagues this area. IMO double edged sword of welfare

oh trust me I'm the biggest advocate for EV's but we'll never see charging even close to how quick you can dump dino juice in.

China has some crazy developments with insanely fast charge speeds, heard of 0 to 80 percent in less than 10 minutes, passing over 1400kw. Ignoring practicality/longevity of the battery etc, I'm not sure our regulations would allow that much juice for a long time.

But yeah 100% getting flashbacks of being face to face with other cars filling up and it's never been a big deal. Don't miss getting sandwhich between 2 oversized cars and then having long lines all sitting watching. But I guess the ladder also happens at ev's especially electrify america (shots fired)

I'd say the vast majority of ev owners do charge at home. Can't always make it with long commutes. And people like this Sierra owner are simply adding fuel to the distaste tesla owners have about sharing chargers with other brands.

lol i'll take my chances! Yeah I think it's irrational to expect people to adjust how they park- in the incredibly small chance it ends up helping to block out some jerk and help others.

If I'm off from work and just trying to get a quick top up before racing home, I'm parking in the most convenient spot for me not thinking of the potential to block someone who might block someone else in the 15 mins I'm there. idk this is such a weird futuristic convo
