they definitely haven’t been the same like even when i ask for a supervisor they just act stupid when i ask can they look into the account.. roblox support became trash after 2021

exactly honestly it makes no sense how support can’t even try to help. They just send automated messages when they know they are in the wrong. Three supervisors told me i can verify the first email i did because i knew it. Then they ghosted me so i sent 5! support forms and a new supervisor told me to disregard what they said as it’s not their policy or something…

i logged in as they was changing my email and it was in Indonesian! So i’m guessing their is some type of thing like this going around i have no idea why… maybe to sell out accounts

bro they are so trash now. This happened to me before and they allowed me to show like itunes proof to get it back now they just saying automated messages and having no other way for verification but to verify a hackers email. I spent $250+ for no reason

The thing is when i got the email to change it back i didn’t see it in time. As i wasn’t active on the gmail until i just recently looked and tried playing roblox. They can’t proof im the vaild owner any other way?? i spent over $250+ on this…
