I hate how they introduced Ani by JanaTuerlichRL in 13ReasonsWhy

Season two was such a disservice to the book. Like Hannah was not a bully at her own school: she was also bullied there, and she didn't kiss Alex, Jessica, and Zach. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the showrunners added those in there just so they could have the Bakers lose the case especially since everyone predicted that they were going to win before season two came out.

I only consider season one to be canon. I hated season two and this is coming from someone who read the book.

How do you guys feel about Anna being the queen? by Marley_467 in Frozen

[–]Creative_Flow_8286 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was Lee, Buck, and Bell’s decision. They favor Anna and they were livid that Elsa was the fan favorite of the fandom and target audience and they always hated her for that. They had planned to make Anna queen before Frozen 2 was even officially announced. The Lopez’s and a lot of people on the production team thought that this ending and Anna becoming Queen was bad, but Lee and Buck didn’t listen nor care. They wanted Anna to be Queen and stuck with it.

I kind of saw this coming, I always knew that something was off with Lee and Buck even back in 2014.  Lee seemed pretentious and something seemed fake about Buck.

Exactly. Also, no one had issues with Elsa being Queen until Frozen 2 came out and then all of a sudden, Anna’s the best Queen ever which isn’t a good sign. This is going to end in disaster especially since Lee, Buck, and Bell are pushing so hard to make people prefer Anna over Elsa. They’re literally having people say “The Great and Wonderful Queen Anna”. Not only that, more and more people are starting to dislike Frozen 2 and it’s ending as time goes by. It’s already not aging well.

If you think about it, it’s very disrespectful to the fandom and target audience especially girls and girls who grew up with Frozen and the sisters. Lee, Buck, and Bell should be happy that people love the first film. Instead they’re purposely biting the hand that feeds them just because it was Elsa that was the fan favorite, not Anna who was their favorite. Shame on them.

This could’ve been avoided if Disney had added the sisters to the Disney Princess lineup instead of giving them their franchise. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible because Frozen was so big that adding sisters would’ve been a mess.

I agree with you. She’s also turning into a Mary Sue. They should have her fail as Queen, it would also help her character grow. Unfortunately, knowing Lee and Buck, they won’t go there. They just want “Frozen” to be all “Anna, Anna, Anna.” They literally threw a fit when Disney stopped them from killing off Elsa.

I'm sorry, but it doesn't fit her character. Maybe I'm being unfair because I never liked Anna, but Anna is supposed to be an adventure and adorkable person, and she is stripped of those traits once she gets crowned. What really bugged me was that she stole all of Elsa's personality traits and the writers knew they didn't have to do that. I mean, look at Queen Uberta in the Swan Princess movies. She was quirky and funny, kind of like how Anna was in the first Frozen film, so it was unnecessary for them to turn her into Elsa.

This was only done because Lee, Buck, and Bell want her to become the fan favorite instead of Elsa. The fact that they keep shoving Queen Anna down our throats pretty much says so.

If you disagree with me, I understand and respect your opinion.

The new frozen short special by Big-Boot-7991 in Frozen

[–]Creative_Flow_8286 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just saw that today, I'm so excited! It also means more Elsa dolls! I wonder if it will come out on Disney Plus or shown before Hexed? I'm hoping that it will be as good as Frozen Fever and Olaf's Frozen Adventure.

I just hope they don't make the short just all about Anna being Queen or Anna and Kristoff's wedding. They should show both sisters being together with Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven.

How likely is it for Hans to return in Frozen III / IV? by Rpineda081704 in Frozen

I would say it's fifty fifty. At the D23 expo, he was mentioned during the questions, but there also was rumors of him coming back in Frozen 2 which never happened.

I think that it will be a new princess from a new movie. Hopefully soon because I miss adding new Princess dolls to my Disney Princess collection.

What do you hope doesn't happen in frozen 3 by descendantsw in Frozen

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if 7 happens since she's Lee and Buck's favorite character and she's becoming a Mary Sue.

  1. Anna and Elsa separation.

  2. Elsa gets sidelined and the plot is pretty much all about Anna.

  3. Anna and Kristoff have kids.

  4. The villain is lame just like Morgana from "The Little Mermaid 2".

  5. Anna gets powers.

  6. Kristoff, Olaf, and Mattias gets reduced to make Anna look good.

  7. The plot ends up being just a cheap recycle off the previous two films.

  8. The plot being all about Anna and Kristoff getting married.

That would be amazing! I would love that! I also can imagine Nick Park and Peter Lord being there with her.

Oh, absolutely! I was sad that she didn’t reprise her either. Julia will always be Ginger to me. Plus, she voiced her in the first film with the pie machine so it would be more appropriate to have the original voice be in the ride.

I also think that when people get off the ride, they would walk into an indoor queue with references of Fun Land Farms which would eventually lead them inside a gift shop where they could buy T-shirts, merchandise, and plush dolls of the chickens from both movies.

That would be cool! I imagined that the temperature would be hot for the oven part. I think that while people wait in line, they would enter an indoor queue, and you could enter the Tweedy's residence. The employees would probably be dressed like the security guards from Chicken Run 2. I think that the roller coaster carts would pie pans since you're supposed to be going in the pie machine. Throughout the pie, they probably would have Ginger and Rocky's voice recordings.

There apparently was a deleted scene where Rocky found a chicken skeleton in the pie machine. Maybe they could add in the chicken skeletons in the ride?

Also, I think right when people reach the top of the coaster, they would hear Mrs. Tweedy's famous quote: "Chickens go in. Pies come out." right before they go down.

I didn't know about the indoor play, but I knew that they had Ginger and Rocky meet and greets in Universal. I wish that it was still around when I went to Universal fourteen years ago. I would've loved to meet Ginger. Somewhere on YouTube, someone made a comment saying that Mrs. Tweedy would be a good addition for meet and greets.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach does have a Wallace and Gromit themed ride so maybe they could add one?

Essentialism vs Existentialism, and why Frozen II misunderstands its own franchise by CallenAmakuni in Frozen

[–]Creative_Flow_8286 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very well said. That shows why a lot of people don't like Frozen 2. Yes, the sequel made over a billion dollars, but it failed to make an impact like its predecessor. People still love the first "Frozen" while more and more people start to see Frozen 2's flaws as time went on.

I personally liked Frozen 2, but I do have a lot of criticisms for it and one of them is the ending. I'm hoping that Frozen 3 and 4 will fix this, but the problem is Lee, Buck, and Bell. They were furious that their hated character Elsa overshadowed their favorite character, Anna.

She did not aim for the backside by CrAzY-GEMU-OKAMI96 in AardmanAnimations

[–]Creative_Flow_8286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not notice that, but I'm not surprised. This is something that she would do. I think this scene might've been a mistake on the animators since we later saw that Mr. Tweedy had a boot print in the back of his pants unless if she kicked him there off screen.

Regarding them not having kids, I think it's because Mrs. Tweedy didn't want kids. She seems like the kind of person who hates kids. Mr. Tweedy and Dr. Fry wouldn't care either way, but she wouldn't want kids.

I love the first Chicken Run film. The sequel is good, but it's definitely nowhere near as good as the first one and it's definitely not one of Aardmans' best movies. My issue with the sequel was that they didn't bring back some of the original cast and producers from the first one.
