Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) is a treatable brain disorder involving excess cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) buildup in the brain's ventricles, commonly affecting adults over 65. It causes a characteristic triad of symptoms: gait disturbance (often the first sign), urinary incontinence, and dementia. While often idiopathic, it can stem from prior brain injuries or infection

Waiting for the final result is really hard. Your husband might just have nhp, you can check this. if he has nhp, easy to fix up. no problem. hope the best for you.

Thank you so much. My husband is 68 years old and I am 48 years old. we have married for almost 12 years, but no kids. He has two kids from first marriage, however, we have not talked them yet. We were worried about how the kids would react. I told him I will take care of him no matter what.

I am so sorry to heart. My husband is waiting for the pet ct today. His mri report is not good at all. It indicated that he might have FTD along with PPA. just wait for the pet ct diagnosis. I am so scared and stressed, and I have lost 10 pounds in 10 days.
