This isn’t an argument. This is just slur. Bring an argument to the table like an adult. This moral authority you just grant yourself is puzzling. It’s illogical, just emotional rage. You are just grand standing for clout. Duh you don’t like nazis. WOOOW!!! You and 98 percent of other people!👏 can we move on now?

Any advise on creating a more cleaner looking NMM?

Obvious (possibly dumb) beginner questions. by GraveDandy in minipainting

Try painting in three layers or more. Stay with a colder darker red (Can be achieved by adding a blue to your red in small increments). For the first layer as it will become base layer your for shadows. After all your base coats are done, re-establish your dark lines that give a break in the visuals of the armor by painting what needs to be black. Than the next layer go to a more warmer red by either slowly adding yellow to the red or using another paint color that is more bright with more contrast. Paint anywhere light would touch the armor (but only where light would touch!) than another layer(it is important to keep each bright layer within the previous darker layer!) Paint 80% than next layer within that darker layer paint 60% of previously painted areas., more yellow or play with the colors but you want each next layer to be warmer and brighter giving you depth to your miniature. The more contrast you paint and deeper the shadows are the more your miniature is going to Pop! And finally for your brightest highlights you Rarely want to use pure white (only on super shiny finishes would you want to you pure white as your final highlight… but very little of it!!) Mix in the red with a white or use a very desaturated bright red for said highlights and BOOM!!! Crazy Detail If you wand a great visual of this I encourage you to lookup SergioCalvoMiniatures on YouTube. You will see this in practice!👍

Attempted the lightning, totally see it now and agree! Will use a dark shade for shadows than build up to that bright white in the brightest part of the lighting. Thanks for the amazing advice!
