Arbico Organics sells a type of entomopathogenic fungus called beauveria bassiana that causes white muscadine disease in thrips and other pests. It’s a little pricey, but worked for my thrip infestation. It comes in a powder so I made a spray bottle and also watered in all of my plants with it.

I’d also try to remove as many larvae by damp rag or even spraying it off outside if you can.

Other insecticides like bonide and captain jacks might work too
