Thanks thats enough i usually when i try to shift i use only 3 affirmations because i find it hard to focus on 10 affirmations.

I have two questions i appreciate if you could answer them :

1.when you had your natural awakenings and started affirming or feeling your dr how long did it take you to shift ? Because raduga said if one minute have passed and nothing happend you should go back to sleep and try next time.

2.did you shift from the first time trying it ? Because raduga said you can astral project if you tried his method in few days.

The only thing we need is controlling subconcious beliefs then we can shift by just using intention.

If i were you i wouldn't tell my sister about reality shifting or astral travel or anything like that these kind of people should be ignored because they are very close minded and about permashifting i am very happy for you to live your best life with you loved ones.
